Piled Raft

A Piled raft is an excellent choice for foundation on projects that require piles. This enables the developer to build straight off the slab and lay his floor finishing’s on top. The method of construction would be to produce a suitable design that consists of pile design and raft design. We then carry out piling works followed by excavation and construction of the concrete raft. Using reinforcement to tie the piles in the raft to create one supporting foundation ready to build off.

We have many developers come to us and ask us to offer an alternative to their projects that have been designed with ground beams and beam and block floors. We engineer a new design for a piled raft and this then enables the developer to deal with one contractor for all foundation works.
